Several ways to place your order
You can shop any way you like at the Protective Bedding Store. Placing your order with us is easy! Although we provide customers with a high level of security, we know everyone is not comfortable with online ordering. You can also order easily by phone, fax or mail. Orders are shipped through the postal service or UPS and typically arrive in 2 to 8 days.
Please remember to include all item, pricing and shipping information on your order form. Also include daytime and evening telephone numbers so we can contact you if we have any questions about your order. Payment by check or money order must be in US funds. The Protective Bedding Store cannot process orders paid by check/money order in foreign currency.

ORDER BY FAX — Print out our order form, enter your shipping and order information and fax it 24 hours a day to our fax number: 301-774-7982. |
ORDER BY MAIL — If you print our order form or you have our print catalog and prefer to order by mail, simply fill out the order form and send it to us. Don't forget to include payment or credit card information so we can quickly process your order. Send your completed order form and payment to the following address: PBS Orders P.O. International Orders
International orders are sent via the US Postal Service method "Global Express Mail". Your postal service/poste will deliver the item to you. Shipping times are estimated at 5-10 days but may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance within your country. You are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may be levied by your country and the shipper for these fees. These fees can be high and vary from country to country. Our shipping and handling fees DO NOT include fees imposed for customs processing and duties or taxes within your country. If you do not accept delivery due to the fees imposed by your country and the package is returned to us, you will be credited for the item returned less shipping and handling fees. Tracking information is limited to when the item is shipped, when the item leaves the United States and when the item is delivered to you.
